Lacey Spears
Lacey Spears is an emerging litigator with a strong commitment to securing favorable results for her clients. Lacey’s practice is concentrated on complex commercial litigation. She primarily handles cases involving negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and deceptive trade practices, representing both companies and individuals.
Prior to joining Fogler, O’Neil, and Gray, Lacey worked as an associate for a national law firm in their construction/litigation practice group, handling commercial and residential construction disputes, personal injury cases, and contract disputes.
Lacey graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of law, receiving the CALI award for the highest grade in five classes, including contracts, evidence, and payment systems. During law school, Lacey worked as a Langdell Scholar teaching evidence to second-year law students.
